The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposal process, if deemed in the City’s best interest. Proposal documents will be/are available upon request after 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the Office of the City Purchasing Agent, 93 Washington Street, Salem, MA 01970 and from the Purchasing Department’s website at salem.com/purchasing. A project briefing session will take place on Thursday, February 18, 2016, 10:00 AM. The fee will be negotiated.
