CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for James J. Welch & Co, Inc, 27 Congress St, Suite 503, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed seawall repairs at Shetland Park at 27 Congress St within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
