In addition, a Variance per section 4.1.1 Dimensional Requirements for side and rear setback requirements. The detached garage is nonconforming regarding side yard and rear yard setbacks at less than one foot. The proposed accessory dwelling is seven hundred nine sq feet. (709) where nine hundred sq. feet (900) is allowed. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 6:30 PM via remote participation. The agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com by March 15, 2024 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
