CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Notice of Intent for Stuart O’Connor for the proposed work that includes the reconstruction of a pool, pool deck and pump house. The site is located at 1 Kernwood Street (Map 28, Lot 19) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than October 8 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
