CITY OF SALEM PLANNING BOARD FORM A - DECISION 252R Bridge Street (Map 35, Lot 24) On April 14, 2022, by a vote of eight in favor (Chair Bill Griset, Kirt Rieder, Zach Caunter, Carole Hamilton, Sarah Tarbet, Todd Waller, Helen Sides, and Tom Furey) and none opposed to endorse “Approval under Subdivision Control Law Not Required” for the property located at 252R Bridge Street and shown on the following described plan: “ANR Plan, Salem MBTA Station, Bridge Street, Salem, Massachusetts” prepared by Nitsch Engineering, dated February 18, 2022. Applicant: Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) with attention to: Newhall-Smith Location: 252R Bridge Street (Map 35, Lot 24) Description: This Form A combines Parcel C and Parcel A, as shown on the above referenced plan, into one contiguous lot. This is a transfer of the MBTA-owned Parcel C to the Salem Redevelopment Authority, the current owner of Parcel A. Deed of property records in Essex South District Registry.
