On November 30, 2020, a copy of the draft can be reviewed at community-development/pages/studies-and-reports . The draft CAPER includes information on programs conducted and expenditures for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 including Economic Development, Housing, Neighborhood Improvements, Public Services and Planning and Administration activities. The City of Salem will accept written comments on the draft CAPER until December 15, 2020. Comments may be sent to Jane A.
