CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for the Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid, 40 Sylvan Road, Waltham, MA. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed installation of a new underground electrical conduit along Loring Hills Avenue within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The public hearing will be held April 21, 2020 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.salem.com no later than April 14, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2020.
