CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for Kenneth Steadman, 67R Village St, Marblehead MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed construction of a 3-lot residential subdivision at 40 Circle Hill Rd within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
