CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability for Michael Houlihan. The project consists of the installation of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations for police vehicles. The site is located at 95 Margin Street (Map 34, Lot 486) within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held on September 17, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to Salemma.gov no later than September 10 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
