CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Notice of Intent for Tess Paganelli for site grading, clearing, track replacement, minor stormwater improvements and the installation of a pile wall and security fence. The site is located at 99 Margin Street (Map 25, Lot 120) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than October 8 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
