City of Salem 2024 Planning Board Meeting Schedule Unless otherwise noted, all meetings of the Salem Planning Board are held at 6:30 pm every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. Should the Planning Board resume in-person meetings, the start time will shift to 7:00 pm. Submissions are due by 12:00 noon on the submittal deadline dates shown below. For any item continued over multiple meetings, additional submission materials are due by 12 noon nine days prior to the next meeting. Planning Board applications can be submitted online at: Applicants are encouraged to contact Planning Board staff at [EMAIL REDACTED] prior to submission to review the application process. This schedule will be revised by the Planning Board when circumstances allow for in person meetings. *These dates have been modified to accommodate holidays and do not follow the standard schedule.
