CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Notice of Intent for David Smith, GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. for the proposed work that includes seawall, step, and paved sidewalk reconstruction, and salt marsh enhancements. The site is located at 46 Columbus Ave (Map 46, Lot 146) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than August 13 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
