Page 1 of 1 Decision to Extend Site Plan Review, Planned Unit Development Special Permit, Flood Hazard Overlay District Special Permit, and Stormwater Management Permit 252 Bridge Street (Map 26, Lot 408 and Map 35, Lot 24) November 14, 2024 WinnDevelopment Companies LLC 1 Washington Mall, Suite 500 Boston, MA 02108 RE: 252 Bridge Street (Map 26, Lot 408 and Map 35, Lot 24) Extension of Site Plan Review, Planned Unit Development Special Permit, Flood Hazard Overlay District Special Permit, and Stormwater Management Permit On Thursday, November 7, 2024, the Planning Board of the City of Salem met to discuss your request for the approval of a one year extension to commence construction authorized by the Site Plan Review, Planned Unit Development Special Permit, Flood Hazard Overlay District Special Permit, and Stormwater Management Permit Decision for 252 Bridge Street, originally dated January 12, 2023. A letter submitted by Joseph Correnti, Esq., on behalf of WinnDevelopment Companies LLC, date-stamped October 10, 2024, requests approval to extend the permits granted by the Planning Board. The petitioners state that additional time is necessary in order to close the financing from the Commonwealth EOHLC in Spring 2025. The action required is expected to be completed within the requested extension period. The Planning Board voted nine (Chair Bill Griset, Kirt Reider, Helen Sides, Tom Furey, Sarah Tarbet, Jonathan Berk, Carole Hamilton, Zach Caunter, and Josh Turiel) in favor, and zero opposed to approve a request to extend the Site Plan Review , Planned Unit Development Special Permit, Flood Hazard Overlay District Special Permit, and Stormwater Management Permit Decision originally dated January 12, 2023, for one year to January 12, 2026, with no conditions.
