CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for Gregory Investment Group, 3 Bertuccio Avenue, Salem, MA 01970. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed demolition of existing auto garage and construction of a 4-story apartment complex at 84 Congress Street (Map 34, Lot 218) within an area subject to protection under the Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
