FORM A – DECISION 67 Derby Street (Map 41, Lot 339) On September 7, 2023 the Planning Board voted eight in favor (Carole Hamilton, Helen Sides, Kirt Rieder, Tom Furey, Sarah Tarbet, Jonathan Berke, Josh Turiel and Bill Griset) and none opposed to endorse “Approval under Subdivision Control Law Not Required,” for the property located at 67 Derby Street (Map 41, Lot 339) and shown on the following described plan: “Plan of Land in Salem Massachusets, Prepared for Salem Wind Terminal, LLC, prepared by Meridian Associates, Inc., 500 Cummings Center Ste. 5950, Beverly, MA 01915 and August 29, 2023; and to authorize Tom Daniel, the City of Salem Director of Planning & Community Development, per M.G.L. c.41, to §81P & 81X, to endorse the plan on their behalf.
