Participants need to bring their own mats. Thursdays, June 20th—July 25th 7:00-8:00am Winter Island Pavilion $45.00 for the 5 week session. Register at salemma.myrec.com Girls Lacrosse Clinic Girls ages 10-14 will learn the fundamental skills of lacrosse to include passing, catching, shotting, field positions, game rules and safety. Monday—Friday, June 24th—28th 8:30-10:00am at Mack Park This program is free for Salem youth and is funded by the City of Salem Department of Planning and Community Development and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. SATV Summer Video Production Course In this four week program, teens ages 12-16 will work with Salem Access Television to learn the aspects of video production and produce video projects utilizing these aspects. Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 25th—July 25th 11:00am –2:00pm at SATV, 285 Derby St. This is a free program offered by SATV. Bolly X: A Bolly-wood-inspired dance fitness program that combines exhilarating choreography and low intensity movements with upbeat music from around the world. Tuesdays—10:00-10:45am $5.00 per class Vegan Nutrition Classes: A “How to Guide” on introducing a whole food plant based diet into your lifestyle. Snack and recipes provided. Ocean Explorers: Pirates and Mermaids During this program, children ages 4-7 will learn about the history and stories associated with pirates and mermaids through activities to include art, hand- on exploration and stories.
