The applicant proposes to construct a three-story 24,388 square foot mixed use commercial building with retail on the first floor and offices on the upper floors. An existing two-family home on the site will remain in its current use. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 7:00 PM, in Room 313, Third Floor at 120 Washington Street in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws. A copy of the application and plans are on file and available for review during normal business hours at the Department of Planning & Community Development, Third Floor, 120 Washington Street, Salem, MA.
