CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for the City of Salem DPS Dept, 5 Jefferson Ave, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed replacement of 272 sq yds of a shared use path along Collins Cove at 96 Webb Street within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
