City of Salem 2025 Planning Board Meeting Schedule Unless otherwise noted, all meetings of the Salem Planning Board are held at 6:30 pm every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. Submissions are due by 12:00 noon on the submittal deadline dates shown below. For any item continued over multiple meetings, additional submission materials are due by 12:00 noon, nine days prior to the next meeting.
