CITY OF SALEM PLANNING BOARD FORM A – DECISION 16, 18, 20, 20R Franklin Street (Map 26, Lots 400, 401, & 402 and Map 27, Lot 471) On February 4, 2020, the Planning Board voted eight in favor (Ben Anderson, Carole Hamilton, DJ Napolitano, Helen Sides, Kirt Rieder, Noah Koretz, Bill Griset, and Tom Furey) and none opposed to endorse “Approval under Subdivision Control Law Not Required,” for the property located at 16, 18, 20, 20R Franklin Street and shown on the following described plan: “Plan of Land 16, 18 & 20R Franklin Street Salem,” prepared by Gail L. Smith, PLS of North Shore Survey Corporation and dated June 5, 2020; and to authorize Tom Daniel, the City of Salem Director of Planning & Community Development, per M.G.L. c.41, to §81P & 81X, to endorse the plan on their behalf. Applicant: Bay View Station LLC and the City of Salem Location: 16, 18, 20, 20R Franklin Street (Map 26, Lots 400, 401, & 402 and Map 27, Lot 471) Description: The plan depicts two non-buildable lots, Parcel A and Parcel B. Parcel A is to be combined with adjacent land owned by the City of Salem being Furlong Park. Parcels A and B are non-buildable lots. Parcel A has frontage on Franklin Street, a public way.
