In the R1 Zoning district the side setback is 10’. The project will be within that setback at 7’7”. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than October 12, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
