CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for Andrew Shelby, Boston Gas Company, 40 Sylvan Rd, Waltham, MA. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed installation of a new gas main within Congress St and Pickering Way within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The public hearing will be held May 19, 2020 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.salem.com no later than May 12, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2020.
