CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for the City of Salem, 120 Washington St, 3rd Floor, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed construction of a public park with associated concrete walkways, retaining walls, landscaping and stormwater management system at 289 Derby St within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
