Porta johns, skid steer, mats, office trailers and generator • Meeting with Town, DPW and Tighe and Bond. Scheduled for 5/17 at 0900. • Install mats leading to courts. • Set up command post. • Mark out excavation areas with Weston. Week 2 – 5/22 • Assist electrician with hooking up power to trailers. • Install poly, erosion control, socks for contaminated soil stockpile. • Install poly, erosion control, socks for clean fill stockpile. • Receive clean back fill pending sampling. • Set physical barriers, administrative controls and decon area. • Begin exaction on first area. The first area will be determined after the drain water bypass system has been installed. Week 3 – 5/30 • Continue excavation of first area • Continue backfilling as necessary. • Sample for disposal once 500 cubic yards has accumulated. Week 4 – 6/5 • Continue excavation of first area • Begin First load out. Pending sampling results. Projecting 6 trucks a day for 2-3 days Week 5 – 6/12 • Finish load if not completed previous week. • Move mats to the next area. • Move physical barriers, administrative controls, decon areas. • Begin second excavation on second area. Week 6 – 6/19 • Continue excavation. • Back filling as necessary • Sample for disposal Week 7 – 6/26 • Continue excavation. • Back fill as needed. Week 8 – 7/3 • Begin second load out pending sampling results. 6 tucks a day, 2-4 days • Move mats. • Move physical barriers, administrative controls, decon areas. ---PAGE BREAK--- • Begin third area excavation. Week 9 – 7/10 • Continue excavation. • Back filling as needed. • Sample for disposal Week 10 – 7/17 • Continue excavation. • Begin loadout out pending sampling results. 6 trucks a day, 2-4 days Week 11 – 7/24 • Finish loadout • Move mats physical barriers etc. • Start excavation at fourth area. Week 12 – 7/24 • Continue excavation. • Back filling as needed. • Sample for disposal Week 13 – 7/31 • Continue excavation. • Begin Loadout ending sampling results. 6 trucks a day 2-4 days Week 14 – 8/7 • Finish loadout • Remove all debris/ trash contaminated soils from site. • Make sure all excavations are back filled to the proper heights. • Install construction fence around excavations. • Remove office trailers, and mats. • Have equipment picked up. • Final demobe.
