CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for Joel Votto, 2 Morgan Dr, Danvers MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed repointing of seawall, fill and restoration of lawn, removal of tree stumps, replacement of fence, replacement of patio, and additional landscaping at 9 Winter Island Rd within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
