CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability for Pickering Wharf Complex, LLC. The project consists of demolition of the building’s upper floors and includes the addition of three new upper floors. The site is located at 87 Wharf Street and 201 Derby Street (Map 34, Lot 408-864), within an area subject to the Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held on June 18, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to Salemma.gov no later than June 11 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
