The petitioner is also seeking a Special Permit per Sec. 3.3.3 Nonconforming Structures to alter the use of an existing nonconforming structure. The property is located at 114 MARGIN STREET (Map 25 Lot 500) (R2 Zoning District) The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 6:30 PM, in Room 313, 3rd at 120 Washington Street in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws.
