KIMBERLEY DRISCOLL MAYOR CITY OF SALEM, MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS 98 WASHINGTON STREET SALEM, MASSACHUSETTS 01970 TEL: [PHONE REDACTED] City of Salem Zoning Board of Appeals Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of DAVID KAYTES at 21 FLINT STREET (Map 25, Lot 197) (R2 Zoning District), for a Special Permit per Section 3.3.5 Nonconforming Single- and Two-Family Residential Structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to demolish a deck and construct a new 10’ x 8’ one story addition. The required setback is 10’. The proposed addition will be 7.6’ feet in the setback. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than November 9, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and in accordance with Chapter 107 of the Act of 2022.
