CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for Seth Lattrell, City of Salem, 98 Washington St. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed minor repairs to the Blaney Street Ferry Terminal within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem’s Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The public hearing will be held February 16, 2020 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.salem.com no later than February 9, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2020.
