REGULATION NO. 18 All personal engaged in the following occupants shall have a chest X-ray yearly, or at other times when, in the opinion of the Board of Health, it becomes necessary. Food handlers’; Barbers; Hairdressers; Personal of Nursing and Convalescent Homes, Hospitals, Schools and Day Care Centers. (About July 1, 1952) Later State Law repealed this Regulation for first three. At this time (1978) the following is in effect: Personal of Nursing and Convascelent Home is policy of employer. Hospitals, Schools, and Day Care Centers- Mantoux every 3 yrs.
