City of Salem Zoning Board of Appeals Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of THE STEP UP KINGS, LLC requesting a Special Permit per Sec. 3.3.5 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the petitioner to convert an existing single-family house into a two-family dwelling at 321 LAFAEYETTE STREET (Map 32, Lot 228). The public hearing will be held on WED., October 17, 2018 at 6:30 PM, 1st Floor, at 98 Washington Street.
