CONTRACTOR MAY BE ASKED BY OWNER TO SUSPEND CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS TEMPORARILY AS TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LARGE PUBLIC EVENTS OR LARGE STORM EVENTS.
