CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for the City of Salem, 93 Washington St, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed walking trail upgrades, footbridge replacement and associated improvements within the Forest River Conservation Area (accessible via Salem State University South Campus at end of Harrison Rd) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
