CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Notice of Intent for The House of Seven Gables (HO7G). The proposed project consists of repairing a portion of the existing stone masonry seawall and riprap revetment along the southern extent of the HO7G property. The site is located at 115 Derby Street (Map 41, Lot 300-601 to 300-606) partially within areas subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held on May 21, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to Salemma.gov no later than May 14 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
