CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for Juniper Point 9 South Mason Street LLC, 63 Federal St, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed multifamily residential project involving upgrades to 2 existing buildings, construction of 2 new townhouses, and associated improvements at 9 South Mason St, 3A Buffum St Extension & 23 Mason St (including 23½ and 23R Mason St) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
