CITY OF SALEM PLANNING BOARD FORM A - DECISION 87 Jackson Street (Map 25, Lot 657) and 26 Phelps Street (Map 25, Lot 326) On November 7, 2019 by a vote of seven in favor (Chair Ben Anderson, Carole Hamilton, Kirt Rieder, Bill Griset, Matt Smith, Matt Veno, and DJ Napolitano) and none opposed to endorse “Approval under Subdivision Control Law Not Required” for the properties located at 87 Jackson Street and 26 Phelps Street 289 Derby Street and shown on the following described plan: “Subdivision Plan of Land Located in Salem, Mass” prepared by Eastern Land Survey Associates, Inc. and dated April 16, 2019. Applicant: Attorney John R. Keilty Location: 87 Jackson Street and 26 Phelps Street (Map 25, Lots 657 and 326) Description: This Form A reconfigures the current lot line. As shown on the endorsed plan, lot A (87 Jackson Street) will reduce in size by 160 square feet and lot B (26 Phelps Street) will become larger.
