CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for Scott Maxwell, 9 Harbor View Terrace, Salem MA. Purpose of hearing is to discuss proposed construction of gangway and float at 9 Harbor View Terrace within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
