He holds a special place in the hearts of Salem Park, Recreation & Community Services. Bingo is Back! This past month, members of the Salem Council on Aging were back on Wednesdays for bingo. Due to the popularity, we are adding a second day of bingo in August. Friday mornings at 10:00am. Contact Rosanna to register. Summer Drama Workshop Children ages 6-12 are invited to join Jape Payette in a workshop designed to teach the techniques required to perform onstage. Monday—Friday August 9th—13th 10:00am –12:00pm Winter Island Function Hall Register at salemrec.com Breakfast at the Council on Aging August 26 at 9:30am $5.00 per person Breakfast will include eggs, pancakes, sausages, juice and cof- fee. Register with Rosanna. Volleyball Clinic—ages 10-16 Join Beth Kapnis Livermore in a week long clinic to sharpen your skills to be prepared for the fall volleyball season. Monday—Friday, August 2nd—6th 9:00-10:30am This is a free program and is being funded by the City of Salem Department of Planning and Community Development and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
