CITY OF SALEM FIRST PASSAGE In the year Two Thousand and Twenty-Three An Ordinance Relative to Traffic Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Salem, as follows: Section 1. Section 17 – Penalties of Article I is hereby amended by deleting the following from Section 17B - Municipal Parking Lot Made Available for Local Youth Fundraising: of $20.00 Section 2.
