CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for The City of Salem, 98 Washington Street. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed restoration of Salem Willows lawn area that was used for temporary parking, within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131§40 and Salem’s Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. The public hearing will be held September 21, 2021 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions to be posted to www.salem.com no later than September 14, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
