Specifically, the applicant proposes to demolish the upper two stories and construct three stories above the existing structure. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 7:00 PM, in the first floor public meeting room at 98 Washington Street in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws.
