CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will hold a public hearing for a Notice of Intent for Maryann Coletta, Inspiration Donuts, 80 Boston Street, Lynn MA. Purpose of this hearing is to discuss the proposed drainage improvements located at 429 Highland Avenue within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Public hearing will be held May 17, 2022 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than May 10, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022.
