CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation for David Gillespie. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss the proposed delineation of wetland resource area boundaries and their associated buffer zones for the property located at 262C Loring Ave (Map 31, Lot 002) and 8 Harrison Road (Map 21, Lot 327) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than October 8 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
