CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation for Rob Christy. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss the proposed delineation of wetland resource area boundaries and their associated buffer zones for the property located at 329 Highland Ave (Map 7, Lot 42) and 331-333 Highland Ave (Map 7, Lot 73) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance. The meeting will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than November 12th in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
