CITY OF SALEM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Salem Conservation Commission [PHONE REDACTED] Will consider a Notice of Intent for Patrowicz Land Development Engineering for the proposed demolition of an existing boat service and storage building and construction of a new building for the same use and associated site improvements including stormwater mitigation. The site is located at Dion Yacht Yard at 23 Glendale St. (Map 33, Lot 646) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance. Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 6:30pm via remote participation with instructions posted to salem.com no later than April 9 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
