City of Salem First Passage In the year Two Thousand and Twenty-Two An Ordinance to amend Section 1-10 – noncriminal disposition of ordinance violations. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salem, as follows: SECTION 1. Section 1-10. of Part III of the City of Salem Code, Ordinances, Chapter 1, Noncriminal Disposition of Ordinance Violations is hereby amending by adding the following language to the end of the Section 1-10 “Chapter 50, Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance Penalty for violations of Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance. Penalty: First offense .....$100.00 Second offense .....$200.00 Third offense .....$300.00 Enforcing persons: Conservation Agent; police department personnel.” SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by the City Charter.
