NO TRANSFER OR USE OF TDRS SHALL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT THE PRIOR RECORDATION OF A CONSERVATION EASEMENT. ALL TRANSACATIONS SHALL BE ON FORMS PRESCRIBED BY THE CITY OF REDMOND. ANY GUARANTEES OF TITLE SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRANTOR.
