Maintain high level of service and public safety with optimal funding o Better inform the priorities for the 2019/2020 budget (Evaluate change dynamics of city growth, social changes, buildings and infrastructure, disaster preparation) o Improve operational metrics to better inform on service performance and resource needs. o Improve traffic safety and traffic flow Work Plan Measurement and Metrics Work Plan progress will be provided at the third month of each Quarterly meeting Goal Metrics (TBD)
