Within two days of the date of this letter, a Planner will be assigned to your project and will serve as your primary contact person for questions relating to the processing of your application. Within nine calendar days of the date of this letter, the Technical Committee shall complete its initial review of your proposal. After the initial review, the Technical Committee may either approve, conditionally approve or deny your application, or request additional information. This Determination of Completeness shall not preclude the Technical Committee from requesting additional information or studies in the future should new information be required or if substantial changes in the proposed action occur. You will receive formal notification of the status of your application within approximately 14 calendar days from the Technical Committee meeting, however you may contact the project Planner at any time should you have questions. Additionally, please note that Notice of Application, if required, must be completed within 14 calendar days of the date of this letter. Your project Planner will contact you within the week to set a time for you to pick up the posting materials and complete the posting on site.
