• Refunds shall be requested by sending a completed refund request form to [EMAIL REDACTED]. • Refunds shall only be issued to the company or person who made the original payment. • 100% of any fee erroneously paid or collected shall be refunded. Exception: No portion of the credit and debit card service fee shall be refunded. Refund Eligibility Refunds are subject to the following conditions: • Minimum Amount: Payments with a total fee of less than $200 are not eligible for a refund. • Non-Refundable Fees: o Technology Surcharge o Washington State Building Code Fee o Credit and Debit Card Service Fee • Expired Applications: Refunds will not be issued for expired applications. • Withdrawn or Canceled Applications: o If an application requiring plan review is withdrawn or canceled before review begins, an 80% refund of the plan review fees may be granted. o If an application requiring inspections is withdrawn or canceled before inspections are scheduled, an 80% refund of the issuance fees may be granted.
